No payouts????

I launched my website exactly one week ago (moved over from Wordpress to shopify). I had sales from the day I launched and had multiple orders daily since yet I still haven’t had a single payout they all state ‘pending’. The bank account details are correct I’ve checked.

I’ve raised this with shopify chat advisor but they’ve been completely useless. Just repeated the same thing that they would look into it and let me know - yet they haven’t and I keep having to chase up.

I don’t know where to go from here and just feeling very stressed by it all. I have a mortgage to pay and a child to feed yet my money is no where to be seen.

Any help would be so much appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve even contacted my bank this morning and they’ve said they aren’t stopping any payments coming in. I’ve checked on the payment page like you mentioned but there’s no notifications/alerts. Everything looks normal.

I can’t attach an image as it says .png not accepted. It basically says the date of transaction and then under status pending but under the column payout date it’s just empty
