I’ve created 3 or 4 Support tickets, my account asked me to enter code sent to my phone but no code arrives, I’ve made sure nothing was blocking any incoming texts & phone numbers, switched off my wifi, restarted my phone. the last digits of my number on the Shopify screen match the last numbers of my phone. the automated AI system takes you on a never ending cycle to log into my account to setup multi factor authentication. How do I even change that if I cannot log in. Initially I did get one response, to upload a picture of my ID, then a Selfie of myself but they still are blocking me. I have since emailed back for status on 3 tickets & am getting nothing. I am starting to wonder if any humans actually are working at Shopify.
