thanks for help, but can you tell me if there is something bad about my store that discourages people from buying stuff?
Hi friend!
Your website is on the right track; it looks beautiful, and the fan looks amazing, as I am definitely someone who needs a fan on me to sleep/ work continuously.
It took me a long time of hard work and dedication (ad running, months of social media marketing). Keep doing what you’re doing and it will fall into place - Our products are completely different as we are artists, but to get my first sale and build brand trust, you need to PITCH to the customer WHY they should buy your product from YOU and not go on Amazon and buy a fan or, in our case, buy a $50 art print instead of investing in original art.
The product page looks great, and with summer around the corner, I’m sure you will crush it once people trust YOU/ the BRAND/ and PRODUCT. Take a look at our website and our about us page/ videos. www.visceralhome.com
I’m sure this will help tremendously:
- Create a homepage that DRAWS the customer in. A video, nice graphic (check out Canva they are amazing). I would recommend a video of the product in action as the home page so people can see aesthetically what the fan will look like in their space. You can shoot pretty beautiful videos on iPhone and android these days, place the product in a well-lit space, set the scene (maybe some plants, a person reading a book and the fan blowing) etc.
- Make an ABOUT page. Why did you create this product? Who are you? What makes this product different?
- The reviews you have on the page are great, and the product description is perfect giving a real breakdown.
- Lean in on the cool settings and humidifier - that’s what I looked for when buying a fan/ dehumidifier.
- Make a “blog post” about how humidifiers can help you sleep better. Just look up some articles about the benefits of using one.
- ChatGPT is my new bestfriend. go to Open AI website and ask ChatGPT to use the article you found and write a blog post for you for your website and product. Take that and edit it in your own creative writing style and link it on the navigation page.
I hope this helps! I know how stressful and intimidating it can be starting out but you are on the right path!!! Best of luck.
