No sales

I have alot of traffic almost 600 but no sales what do I wrong any help guys

Hey @Hughwin_Kiewiet

Can you share your store URL? That’s the fastest way to tell what’s going wrong

Also, not all traffic is good traffic. For instance, statistics show that 30-50% of mobile ad clicks are accidental.. I myself have fat thumb syndrome.

A few things that are likely killing your conversions:

Your Flash Sale countdown is stuck at 00:00:00. That looks broken and makes the store feel abandoned. Fix that first.

Product names are copied directly from the supplier, things like “2.5L Air Humidifier for Export, 110V/220V for Europe and America Standards.” Nobody in South Africa searches for that. Clean up your titles.

No brand identity. 7 unrelated categories with no story behind them. Visitors don’t know who you are or why they should trust you over just buying from Takealot.

More traffic won’t fix this. The store needs to feel trustworthy first.

Some problems i found:

  1. Prices have random cents: R 542.42, R 1,289.28, R 6,191.02. That’s an auto USD→ZAR conversion and it screams dropship. Round them (R549, R1,299) so they look deliberate.
  1. Product pages are just a pasted spec sheet. The mosquito killer even says “2-in-1” in the title but “3-in-1” in the specs. Mismatch.
  2. see at the bottom of the above screenshots: You got stub like “Name”, “feature”,… remove them.
  3. I cannot see favicons. That is when i open your link in my browser I dont see any icon in the browser’s tab. It doesn’t look professional.
  4. broken navigationn: Beauty & Personal Care collection got no product while /collections/all shows all products. So assign your products to different collection
  5. you are focusing on everything - Beauty, Pet, Car, Toys, Tech, Kitchen . Focus on only one niche first.
  6. Add Contact Page in the footer, shipping/returns info, payment/secure-checkout badges near Add to Cart.

Don’t get discouraged, 600 visitors is enough to learn a lot. I’d look at your traffic source first, then review your product page, shipping costs, trust badges, reviews, and whether the offer is compelling. Happy to take a look if you share your store.

I dont have money to pay you

Can you help me with this?

Hello can you help me fix my store

I’d fix the obvious trust leaks before spending anything on ads or apps.

If a visitor sees a broken countdown, empty collections, copied supplier text, or prices that look auto-converted, they usually won’t trust checkout no matter how much traffic you get.

Start with one niche, clean up 5–10 products properly, round the prices, remove the broken sale timer, and add shipping/returns/contact info. Then test the store on mobile data and make sure the first product page loads fast and feels legit in the first few seconds.

600 visits with no sales usually means either weak traffic or the page is creating doubt before the buyer even reaches checkout.

Hey @Hughwin_Kiewiet ,

600 visitors without any sales usually points to a conversion issue rather than a traffic issue.

After looking at your store, I’d recommend strengthening trust by adding customer reviews, clear return/refund policies, and making your contact information easy to find. You could also try running a limited time sale or a first order discount to give visitors an extra reason to buy, and make sure the offer is clearly visible on your homepage and product pages.

Also where is most of your traffic coming from? Knowing whether it’s from Google, Facebook, TikTok, or somewhere else would help identify the biggest bottleneck.I hope this helps you .

Thank You !

Are they real visitors or bots?
You must create a logo and a favicon for your store.
You can try to add some reviews to your store, also

Hi @Hughwin_Kiewiet Traffic without sales usually means a trust or conversion issue, not a traffic issue. A few things worth checking on your store:

  1. Fix the Flash Sale countdown — if it’s stuck at 00:00:00 it looks broken and makes the store feel abandoned. Either fix the timer or remove it completely.

  2. Rewrite product titles — titles copied directly from suppliers (e.g. “2.5L Air Humidifier for Export, 110V/220V for Europe and America Standards”) don’t match how real customers search and feel untrustworthy. Write simple, clean titles.

  3. Pick a niche — selling 7 unrelated categories with no brand story makes it hard for customers to trust you over established local alternatives like Takealot. A focused store converts much better.

  4. Add trust signals — visible return policy, contact info, payment badges near the checkout button, and at least a few product reviews make a huge difference.

  5. Check your traffic source — 600 visits from broad social ads or bot traffic won’t convert. Make sure your traffic is targeted and coming from people who actually want what you sell.

More traffic won’t fix this until the store feels trustworthy first. And also if this will work then don’t forget to like and mark as solution on it
