No shipping method show for certain product

I added a new product but for some reason it’s not possible buy it as no shipping methods shows. This only happens when this new product is part of the order and it seem to happen in all regions. Any idea why this might happen?

this is the product:

Hi @magnusgustaf ,

Thank you for getting in touch. This error message can appear for a number of potential reasons, which I’ll outline below:

  • This error can appear if you’re using weight-based shipping rates and the products in the customer’s cart are too light or heavy in relation to your rates, and do not apply to any shipping rate. For example, if you had one rate for products weighing 0-5lbs and another for those weighing 6-10lbs, a cart with a weight of 5.5lbs would not fit into either rate. You’ll want to check that your rates are set up correctly.
  • If you are using live carrier-calculated rates, please make sure the dimensions for your default package fit the carrier’s requirements for box sizing.
  • Please ensure that all products in the cart are in a valid shipping profile and that there are rates set up in that profile for your customer’s location.
  • You’ll want want to ensure that any locations that you ship products from are set up to accept online orders.
  • This message could also appear if the country or region the customer is in is not set as an Active Market in the Markets section of the admin.

Please check all of the above, but if the error persists let me know here and we can troubleshoot further.

Thanks for your response Victor, unfortuantly none of these tings things seems to apply in our case. We don’t use weight based rates and we use a general shipping profile where the “trouble product” is also included. Any other ideas?

Hi @magnusgustaf ,

Right, thank you for checking. At this point I would recommend contacting our support team directly so further troubleshooting can be done. It sounds like you have checked the more common reasons for this error and our team can authenticate you on your account to investigate further, which I am not able to do here.
