No SMS notification after order confirmation

Hi,

I am placing test orders via phone and web but not getting a confirmation sms. Even if i try to resend sms from the order timeline, it doesn’t work. Can anyone please help?

Please check if you have allowed sms notification. You can find more info here

Try resending the SMS notification by following steps and see its works:
View and resend SMS notifications for an order
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.

Click the order number.

In the Timeline section, you can view the SMS notifications for the order. If you want to resend a notification, then click Resend beside it.
