Does anyone know how to remove the FAQ section that automatically pops up?

Sophia here from Shopify. If you’re looking to get in touch with our support team regarding the Shopify Chat app, you can click Get support on the Shopify App Store page. Alternatively, we’re available to help via live chat, email, or callback through the Shopify Help Center.
The help document on Setting up Shopify Chat for Shopify Ping details what can be customized. While the order status question cannot be removed, you can add and edit up to 4 of your own questions under Shopify Chat > FAQs in your admin. These automated messages are intended to save you time in responding to many of the same or similar questions. Customers can absolutely still get in touch with you if they have a more complex question.
Do you have any concerns about the order update question, or were customers expressing confusion around how Shopify Chat works? I can pass on any feedback about the app and FAQs to our developers for consideration in future updates.
