We have found a problem with some of our product pages. Some products are visible for indexing and many have a noindex,no follow tag. We use the same product template for all products so it isn’t code related. Somehow, this tag has been applied to some product pages. We use TinyImg app for SEO optimization.
Has anyone had a similar issue, and how do we fix this?

You can check the template of the page with noindex, nofollow tag to see if it is caused by code.
Normally, it is impossible to add these tags manually, and many Shopify themes will not add noindex, nofollow tag codes.
So it may be caused by TinyImg app. You can check the indexing function of TinyImg app.
