Non delivery and unable to contact store

hello all,

i placed an order on chaivila.myshopify.com on 27th december 2021. Product is still not delivered and store is unavailable on shopify now. i tried to contact the store but there is no option. i also checked shopify customer support and they are asking for store URL. when i entered url it is showing invalid. I also didn’t receive any email from the store but i took the screenshot at the time of order placing. what should i do now.

I am so sorry to hear what are you experiencing.

What payment method did you use to pay for this product? If you use Paypal, should contact them and open a dispute for an item not received.
