Hi! I used vendors through Shopify Collective. I have made sure that all the products from the vendors/suppliers are active under my store. However they’re still showing up as unavailable. And if I go to upload media from My Shopify domain only the images that I originally installed show up. None of the product images show up. I don’t know how to fix this. Please help.

It sounds like the products you imported through Shopify Collective are active in your store but still showing as unavailable because their inventory might not be synced correctly, or the products may not be added to an active sales channel like your Online Store. Also, Shopify stores product images in the product listings, not in your general Files library, so they won’t appear when you upload media elsewhere. Double-check that the products are in stock, assigned to the right collections, published to your Online Store sales channel, and that their inventory location is correct.

Products are available on the “Online Store” sales channel in each product’s settings. Confirm products are “Active”. If images aren’t showing, download them from the product page and re-upload manually.
