North Theme: Image with overlay will not resize in Mobile.
I have seen different answers for editing code on other themes, but not on North Theme.

Can you share a screenshot of the section in which you need the resizing to be done?
@PanucciTech The image with overlay section seems to work fine(see screenshot below).
You will need to provide a better explanation/video/screenshot of the issue for others to aid you.
If you need a different Image for mobile, check the theme settings as some themes have that behavior but you must use a different image.
If you are using such a mobile-specific image and that is not what is working you should check a fresh install of the theme to see if that bugged behavior persists then if so contact the support for the themes developers to report the bug.
