After Shopify launched a new graphical interface on the administration pages, I can no longer see all the options customers make when they order. This is a big problem for us.
This is a view from an order. You can only see the first two choices, but not the last two. On the computer it is possible to hover the mouse over and see it, but not when we print out the order for packing. We can not have it like this. What is everyone else doing?
How do I report this problem to someone at Shopify who is actually working on this? I have no idee how to contact customer service anymore. The menu for 24/7 Support only send me to this forum…
This is the bottom menu. If I click 24/7 support, I will only be thrown into a standard guide on how to set up the online store. If I click the link for contact, I am also just thrown into the same menu with quick guides for setting up the shop. That does not help. It is just not possible to contact anyone!?
I have been using Shopify for 10 years and pay Shopify a significant amount now that we have a larger turnover, so I think it is crapy that am not able to contact someone.
