Not all automated collection items show on the collection page

After adding new products to the shop and tagging it to a specific “automated” collection, these products are showing in the collection on the admin page, but not showing on the collection page of the online shop. For fixing this issue, I re-publish all items to “Manage sales channels” by switching off all items from all sales channels and switching on them again. I will be appreciated any help.

  1. Check the collection settings: Make sure that the collection is set to display all products, including those that are out of stock or unavailable. You can check this by going to the collection page in your Shopify admin, clicking on the “…” button at the top right of the screen, and selecting “Edit website SEO and metadata”. Then, scroll down to the “Collection availability” section and make sure that the “Available to sell” checkbox is selected.

  2. Check the product availability: Make sure that the products you added to the collection are actually available for purchase. You can check this by going to the product page in your Shopify admin and making sure that the product is set to “Active” and that it has a price and inventory level.

Thank you for helping!

I haven’t a “…” button at the top right of the screen. But all products have an active status, are published everywhere, and have a price and an inventory level of at least one piece.

I’ve found the reason for the issue. It was related to the ‘Smart Product Filter & Search’ app by globosoftware.net. Every time you add products, you need to sync them within this app.
