I have one product with 5 pics. But when someone clicks on the product, only the main pic shows and the rest of the pics only show when they click on one of the variants. It is in a collection. All other products show all of the pics of the products.

Based on your provided information, looks like the images are assigned to the variants rather than the products. Please confirm that all the images are indeed assigned to products. If it is the case, then there might be some conflicting theme logic.
