Up until a week ago, all Paypal transactions were paid out via Paypal. Now they are coming through shopify as a credit card transaction. We have made no changes to either account. Does anyone know if something has changed on Shopify’s side of things?

Yes shopify bought their own paypal transactions and now the protection guarantee do not cover any global transactions only US transactions or france transactions any other international payment is not protected , be carefull . Personally, i will disconnect paypal to avoid international transactions.
