I am not getting the verification email for my domain. My shop has been inactive. I’ve read several discussions regarding this subject and my brain hurts. Please help.

As of today, Shopify received reports of merchants not being able to receive domain verification emails. We’ve also tried force-sending the email from our end with no luck. At this time our developers are actively working to have the issue resolved.
We truly understand how important this is in having this fixed for our merchants. Once our team has found a resolution, I will provide the update in this thread.

Our developers have identified and solved the issue of not being able to receive domain verification emails. You should be able to receive email verifications as expected. Before proceeding, I recommend clearing your cookies and cache and rebooting your browser.
If you’re still not able to receive this domain verification email, please contact Shopify Support so we can carefully look into this for you.
