Not getting order id in some of payment transaction response

Hello Shopify,

We are Webgility and have mutual customers. One of our customer is facing issue in payment transaction download, where orderid is not coming in the response of the API. Below are the details

Request URL -

Please guide us why this is happening and how we can solve it.
