Not getting redirected to website after payment

Hello there,

I have recently added Easebuzz as another payment option on my store beside RazorPay.

But I’m having an issue here, everytime anyone go to the checkout page everything is fine, they choose the Easebuzz payment option ad proceed.

Then the Easebuzz’s page opens up and after choosing the payment option and entering all the details, a customer can make payment without any hassle.

And here comes the issue, even after successful transaction the Easebuzz page still there and the customer doesn’t get redirected to the store, and if they make the payment again, the amout gets debited from their account but shopify treat it as the same payment and doesn’t place a new order.

So in short, a customer paid twice for the same product but the order got entered only once, just because the customer is not getting redirected back to the store.

I’ve contacted our Easebuzz service provider, they said they have already set eveeything from their side, we need to contact shopify for this.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thankyou for your reply.
But I’m unable to find the “Manage Payment Providers” option on my store.
There is a manage button on the right side of the Easebuzz payment provider option, but on clicking, it is not taking me anywhere just opening the same setting page again.
I have attached the screenrecording of the page for better understanding.
