Not receiving email messages from the 'Contact' page

Hi,

I’m having a problem with the ‘Contact’ page on my website. I’m not receiving messages that are being sent by customers. I tested it myself and nothing is coming through.

It’s been a few years since I set up my store with Shopify, so my memory is a bit hazy as to where the back end of this page is accessed from.

Does someone have a solution for this issue? Thanks.

Yes, the email is correct. I’ve checked the Spam folder and the email I sent is not there. As for the template I’m not exactly sure what you mean, but I am using page.contact.liquid if that helps.
