I recently moved my domain from Wix to Shopify. After some bumps in the road I now have my site working and I’m receiving my emails again. Now I’ve noticed I’m not receiving contact form submissions from my site. I saw on another post to check my “sender email” in “notifications.” When I do that, I see my email address is listed as unverified. When I try to resend verification, I don’t get that message either. HELP! For contact, I use a Custom G-suite email address that was originally set up through Wix.

If you’re using a third-party domain and email hosting with G-Suite, then we’d recommend following our guide on Email hosting to ensure that G-Suite is set up properly for use with Shopify. You will also need to Authenticate your third-party domain, which involves adding Shopify’s DNS records (eg. CNAME, DMARC, TXT), so that your emails aren’t being flagged as spam. The CNAME record is usually added along with the A record when connecting a domain, so this may already been done and you’re just missing the DMARC and TXT records. If you need help with adding the DMARC or TXT records, then this is something that your domain provider can help you with.
