Suddenly, I can’t log into my Shopify account. It’s been almost 5 days since this happened. My phone is working fine and getting texts from other apps so this is definitely Shopify issues.
I need to get access to installed apps and fulfill my pending orders. Please help!!!

Hi Shay, I did contact Shopify support a week a go and already submitted all necessary documents to prove the ownership of my account. I have not heard from them. It’s been almost a week and I’m only able to talk to customer support via chat. There’s no phone number to call or speak to someone over the phone. This is really frustrating.
