I am having the same issue. My payouts are saying they have been paid but nothing is showing in my balance account. I dropship so if those payouts are not moved over then my balance dwindles quickly because I have not gotten the money my customers paid. I am really getting nervous. We have only been in business since August and it is coming up on the holidays now when orders will increase. This seems so illegal for them to hold funds. Have you gotten any resolution? I have tried to explain it on chat three times with no help, the chat ends without my asking. Plus there is no phone number to call for help? It is all starting to seem fishy.
