My ‘New order’ pop-up notification have stopped appearing on my iPhone. Settings all seem to be correct. Is this a common problem? I’m wondering if it’s an IOS issue rather than a Shopify one. Also, and this may just be a complete coincidence, this problem started the day I updated my DMARC records.…

It’s happened before a few years ago as well. Came back after a few days. Have you logged a ticked with support?
