Hi, you must assigned a shipping template to Your warehouse , and don’t forget to use seller shipping, if you don’t have assigned shipping template to your warehouse it will switch to tik tok shipping and is going to block the buyer info. hope it helps!

Hi , in order to use Seller shipping option you must set up a shipping template and add your warehouse to the shipping template, that is all info you need to set in order to use Seller shipping. :slightly_smiling_face:
