You added an incorrect value. It must look like that on sitemape on search google console only

Yes, remove it. When applying site map in your console google, please just add sitemap.xml only and click Submit button.

I submitted it correctly more than a week ago - but it doesn’t appear to be picked up by GSC at all now? It is added successfully, so can it just be that I’ve had no visitors?
