If we are deciding not to switch over to B2B, how does that currently affect wholesale customers? Will they have login access to our normal storefront portal?
Hello, good afternoon! Assuming you are currently using the Plus Wholesale Channel, you will lose access to your wholesale price lists and new B2B orders after April 30th, 2024. Your wholesale storefront will still technically be visible to customers to place orders but they will be inaccessible on the admin side. Prior orders and customer data in the Shopify admin will not be affected.
