Having issues getting the notes field appearing in the cart on our website.
Have turned it on in Shopify theme and it’s appearing in the preview, but when I go to our website there’s no option in the cart window that opens when making a purchase.
As we’re embedding the shopify shop interface into a different website (wordpress) I suspect the issue is that the cart page template that is defined in Shopify is a different view/window to the one being opened when you go to the checkout through our website. I’m not too savvy when it comes to playing around with website code so is there an easy way to change the html to add the notes field to the window that opens on our website?
