Hello, I have been having issues with the email notifications sent out to my customers after we have captured their payment. The “pending payment success” emails sometimes list the authorized amount as opposed to the actual amount that we charged. There is often a difference in these amounts because our shipping quotes are usually inflated in case of irregularly shaped packages, so we often end up capturing less than what was authorized on the customer’s card. So my question is: can I change the coding in the email notification template to ensure that the price listed is in fact the amount that we captured?
