For our store, item release dates are constantly being pushed back due to production shortages so I was wondering if there was any way via Shopify Flow to streamline the process of notifying customers when this occurs.
Ideally, it would trigger when the product date metafield is updated, but I know this isn’t a trigger option. Is there any work around that anyone could think of to make this work possibly? I believe that if I can work around the trigger issue that I can send out customer emails as part of a flow through Klaviyo as a campaign, but I can’t seem to think of how to build the flow to trigger around a date change. Any help is greatly appreciated!
