Nth element is not working as it should

Hi in the above image i want to add steps1, 2, 3 ,4 ,5 ,6 using nth element but it is not working. Can somebody help me with this. The page i need help is https://new.wastewear.com/pages/circularity

It’s a very weird way to do it…

You need to put your nth-child selector on a different element because the element you’re using it on is always the first (and only) child of it’s parent.

Should be like this:

#shopify-section-template--22701593133346__smi_icon_with_text_2_1_qPcgzm 
 .swiper-slide:nth-child(2) .icon-with-text-style-2:before {
  content: "Step 2";
}
