We have changed our checkout method to allow direct checkout on FB/IG through our shopify integration. However, I cannot get discounts to sync to my Commerce Manager. Been round and round with Meta support and they can provide no answers. I have checked the box to make the discounts available to the IG/FB sales channel in the admin section of discounts- but NONE are showing as active in my commerce manager. In commerce manager it says offers sync every 15 min, and have to be managed in Shopify. When i try to do a manual sync as suggested by meta support- it just freezes. Super frustrating- and means my site offers like 10% off for new customers, or free shipping offers will not be available to those who checkout on IG/FB directly, HUGE missed opportunities. Has anyone else had this issue or anyone resolved it?
