I have just enabled the official Shopify online store chat button, when testing this I realised that it takes up the entire right side of the page when opened on Desktop:
Has anyone else experienced this or know how to reduce the size?

I checked and generated by app, so you have no way to edit it. You can just contact the app, they will help you to change it.
