Customer confirmation email has an old message about picking up in February. It’s not visible in the standard notification templates and is showing up in a context like the shipping method or pickup instructions. is it coded in? And how to I fix it?
@sweetali DO NOT post private personably identifiable information even in images, especially customer info as it’s literally against the law in some regions.
If time edit your post to remove/replace the images with redacted info.
If you cannot find what is generating the unexpected text in the notification-templates code itself.. then it could be from a shipping app, a shipping profile , or theme customization that add the info to the order attributes, note or other somehow.
For general troubleshooting also place your own test orders to be sure the issue is reproducible and the steps understood.
