One Free trial: started 2 stores After I bought a plan, now I cannot access one

I signed up for a Free trial. It said I could have multiple stores on one account. I started 2. When I bought a plan (a few days later) I do not have access to the second store “until I buy a plan”. I did buy a plan. I should be able to access both stores right?

Would you be able to share a link to where you saw this info regarding multiple stores?

If you have opened a second store on a second account then this would correctly be billing you separately for this, so I’d like to try to clear up any misunderstanding there might be around this.

Would you perhaps be referring to a feature like Shopify Markets, which would allow you to create different regionalised versions of your store for different international markets?

I log in, click Account (which shows the only account I opened), It shows that it is Inactive. I clicked on Inactive and it takes me to a page that says “Your free trial has ended, but you can pick up right where you left off Select and pay $1 mo for 3mo”

Can you clarify if you have been able to continue with the one Shopify store you wish to move onto a paid plan, or are you looking to open multiple stores and accounts?

Generally speaking, it is only possible to have one standalone Shopify store per Shopify account.

Let me know what you’d like to be able to do exactly and we can work towards that with you.

Hi Don! I think I may have mixed up your plan with my Printify. I can have multiple accounts through them. Am I able to make my Shopify account Keep Pace with Nature?
