Dear community,
One of my main navigation item does not open on the mobile version of my webshop.
My webshop is https://geminiatelier.com/ and the page not opening on the mobile version is the one called “Sales”. It’s a dead click, which is strange because the page opens perfectly on the desktop version of my webshop.
Can anybody help me fix this issue?

there are two different menus calling on your site , Desktop version is different and For mobile its different. please check your theme customizer settings and update your menu there or go to your theme menu section and update. If not do let me know the theme you are using.

Where do you update the menu in the theme customizer? Or my theme menu section?
My theme is Reformation.

There is no information about a dead link in a mobile menu in the documents you linked to.
The menu “Sales” works on the desktop version but not on the mobile version. Is it an issue with the code somewhere?
no there is no issue, on the desktop the the Sale is link but on mobile the Sale is only a button without a link, i can fix it for you if you want me to fix that for you.

in the above screenshot you can see the mobile first menu is referring to a link, but the Sale menu is referring to a sub-menu, you need to change the type of that menu to simple link not mega menu or drop-down.
I can only explain in this way so that you can change that menu settings from your theme customizer header section.

and remove it from the above image anywhere that says Sales in mega-menu
