In the admin, all of the links under Online Store are not launching. It gives an error “There is a problem loading this page” I wanted to get into a page to edit some content. I tried it also on my shopify app on my phone. Same issue. So it’s not browser related. Anyone have any info on what’s going on?

Earlier today, Shopify was experiencing issues where merchants were unable to access the Online Store sales channel section of the admin. Our developers have been advised of the issue and it has since been resolved. You should now be able to access the Online Store sales channel and the sections underneath without seeing an error message.
I’ll also share some troubleshooting steps to run through before reopening your Shopify admin.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Try clearing your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
- When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
- Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (We don’t support every browser, but we do support these ones.
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
- Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
- Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.
