I’m (supposed to be) launching a new collection today, but each time I add 3 products to a certain collection, only 1 product is showing up on my website. I’ve added all 3 products, each product is in active status and I created the template for the collection; when I go into edit code, and click on templates, I can see the collection, but when customizing my store, and I click on collections, the template is now showing up. I’ve been trying to contact Support through the chat, but nothing is working, the 3 dots just keep loading.
Hello if you can follow this little steps i think you might get a solution to the issue that you are facing on your website for now or if is still the same you can let me know,
- Double-check Collection Conditions – If your collection is automated, ensure that all three products meet the set conditions. Sometimes, a small mismatch (e.g., tag or vendor) can prevent products from appearing.
2.Manual Collection Assignment – If it’s a manual collection, try removing the products and adding them again to see if they appear.
Check Sales Channels – Go to each product’s settings and verify that they are available on the correct sales channel (Online Store). Sometimes, products are active but not assigned to the storefront.
3.Re-index the Collection – Try making a small edit to the collection (like changing the description and saving it) to trigger a refresh.
Theme Template Selection – Since you created a custom template, make sure your collection is assigned to that template. In your Shopify admin, go to the collection settings and check if the correct template is applied.
Clear Cache & Try Another Browser. Sometimes, changes don’t reflect immediately due to caching. Try clearing your cache or viewing the store in incognito mode.
I hope this can help
Hello @Kennedi512 , I just came across your question regarding products that are not displaying. I solve this same problem in my store as well. I would like to help by putting you through the solution. I have 3 recommendations to solve this issue which number 3 is the most important. 1. The issue might come from the theme setup, 2. It might come from Supplier platform if you are using any supplier.
Issue has been fixed, apparently, there was an issue with the way my markets were set up. When Default market was selected, all three would appear, but only 1 under the international market. Shopify advisor Fer was able to assist and fix the issue, thanks for all the help everyone.
