Only federal tax for kids clothing "Canada"

Hello,

I only have babies and kids clothing in my store, and I know in Canada, we only apply the federal GST on kids clothing and no Provincial tax (PST) so no HST.

I have created a products override for all my collections that are manual. I did Canada region 5%, So I thought it will only apply the 5%, but it is still charging provincial.

I got my first order and the customer was charged 13% HST on her order.

I am wondering how can I only include GST, and no PST for my products?
