Only show logged in user when sending invoice

When you go to send an invoice you have to choose your user name. This should not be a requirement. We have over 25 users and it’s annoying for the staff member to have to go down the list to find their name, select it and then send the invoice from their user. We use the Shopify admin to send draft quotes to customers with the payment link to pay. I think a lot of stores do this that offer custom quotes from customizable signs for example. Sending a draft as the quote is probably common. Why is this part of Shopify never changed?

I used this feature in 2012 and was annoyed with it. Over 14 years later it’s still the same design. Is part of Shopify’s framework really over 14 years old? I’ve begged for more control here as each user quotes 20+ times per day and this is like getting up to go get a a copy of the copier…when the rest of the world is digital.
