Our store has a mailing popup that shows up automatically after couple seconds to invite visitors to subscribe to our Newsletter list. Now, we are trying to find a way to open that popup when click on a link in the announcement bar. Does anyone know how to call the popup? Any suggestion is welcome.

What app are you using to create the popup, you just need to contact the app to create the action text, then add it at Announcement bar, it will work fine
To open the mailing popup when clicking a link in the announcement bar, locate the popup’s code in your website’s backend. Add an event listener to the link in the announcement bar that triggers the popup display. Testing across devices and browsers ensures it works as intended.
