Open Search Bar on Desktop and Mobile Dawn Theme- No App

Hello!

I would like to replicate the search bar and menu/logo placement of the attached image. For styling, the search bar must have a thin outline with the grey background at 50% transparency. Any help is appreciated, no apps, please.
