Opening Social Media Links in A New Tab in Dawn

Does anyone know how to make the social media tabs open in a new window for the Dawn theme? There’s a tutorial for vintage themes linked below, but nothing for 2.0.

The tutorial you’ve linked should work with Dawn 2.0. Did you try it?

Cool! I didn’t try it because of the attached message, but I’ll make a copy of my store & give it a go!
