My dropshipping store is almost 12 months old & I am still trying to build a customer base. I have had a couple of hiccups with regards to suppliers not shipping products or shipping the wrong products. They have been stores with a high rating. I have now had a high rated store cancel an order that was placed early in December. I have only just found out after chasing them for tracking information. I am still waiting to hear back from them. In the meantime, to keep my customer happy, should I just refund him or take a chance a purchase the product from a low rated supplier ? There are only 2 other suppliers with this product & both have low ratings. All opinions welcome please.
