My website https://zephyrshop.org/ seems relatively fast, but some parts are extremely slow, taking 17.4 seconds. I believe the code needs to be optimized and cleaned up. Since i already optimized the images and GIFS.

Did you checked the unused code and unused third party apps in your site. If you are not good enough with codes, Then you will need to check with a dev.
