Yesterday I received an order from a customer. The Customer has made a payment and I received a confirmation from the payment gateway provider but when I checked the Shopify admin, the order is missing in that list. the customer also reached us saying he didn’t receive any confirmation mail. Please help me to get a solution.

Update: Received the order on Shopify. I guess there is a bit of a lag there.
Same here. I have the Dondy WhatsApp app installed on my store and send manual WhatsApp messages for abandoned cart. Now I received an order from a customer.
