Hi,
I have two products. I have two locations. I have two recipients for new order confirmation, each assigned to a location.
What settings does my product need to have s.t. I get a new order confirmation e-mail sent to the assigned recipient? I don’t need to track inventory at all. All I want is to assign a product to a location and get an email if it’s ordered.
Edit: Note that if I add an recipient for all locations, I do get a confirmation. What doesn’t work is getting a confirmation based on location.
Edit: Sending a test notification works fine.
Edit: I also tried adding my custom fulfillment service. Also doesn’t send an email.
Edit: It seems that if I create an order in the backend without adding a customer, I do get the order confirmation but this confirmation gets sent to my user account email. There is no recipient added that has this email. The recipient that has the location does not get an email. I don’t understand what the hell shopify is doing here.
