Order confirmation email & spam

Hi everybody,

I am testing orders on my website and trying to customize my order confirmation email.

So everything is ok but the size of everything differs on PC and mobile. And the colors are almost unreadable with somebody opening it on a dark theme.

So my logo is black and somebody with a dark theme can’t read my logo of course. And on mobile my product picture is very small while on pc is the right size.

The CTA buttons to redirect to the order page or status are very small on PC.

Does anybody have advice for me please? Or do I need a custom template code? And where can I get that?

You can use the prefers-color-scheme media feature in CSS to determine if a user is using a dark theme. This means you can customize the CSS of an email for issues you’re having.

Where can I do this for the order comfirmation email template? Im not familiar with coding or what so ever.
