Order confirmation email - text colour and style changed

I have recently updated my order confirmation email text and included some html for line breaks and bolding of some text that I want to stand out. In doing this though it has changed the colour and font style of some of the text and it now has 2 different colours - grey (which is what it is mean to be) and black. It has also changed the font style, the correct font style for my theme is the grey text in the green circle.

Does anyone know why it has changed and how I can change the colour back to grey and keep it all the same font style as the 1st sentence in the green circle? It looks very messy at the moment and would like it all to be uniform.

There are changing tag. Check in inspect element which tags are coming green text and red tag. Follow same tag like in green.
