Shopify’s order confirmation email is heavily HTML which from what I understand is causing it to land in Gmail’s “promotion” tab.
I’ve done the CNAME thing and yet ORDER CONFIRMATION is still arriving in the promotions tab.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR THIS???
We are pulling our hair out to figure this out. If removing html is the solution then HOW MUCH and WHICH html should we remove from the template? There doesn’t seem to be satisfactory support and information from Shopify to help merchants!
