Made two orders with a shopify merchant itsgame1.myshopify.com. I attempted to cancel the order by using the contact email support@itsgame.com but i receive a mailer daemon @yahoo .com error email. I have attempted to contact multiple times but all have been met with the same error.
upon further exploration I realized this merchant is likely fraudulent and has no intention to fulfill these orders. I attempted to dispute the charge and issue a chargeback. Still no luck there. I am unable to report the merchant because the URL is no longer available.
I have attempted to contact shopify but have had no progress on rectifying thi sissue. Would love to hear wha thas worked for yall. This has been very frustrating.
